摘要
高校图书馆要通过构建高质量党建工作体系,找准党建与业务融合契合点,优化完善体制机制,切实形成党建与业务融合发展的工作格局。文章围绕图书馆资源、服务、空间、用户和馆员等基本要素精准发力,从资源利用、服务融合、队伍建设、文化活动等方面进行融合和创新,构建党建与业务工作联动机制,加强红色资源空间建设,深入开展“党建+”系列活动,有效依托党建服务项目,利用信息技术手段,充分发挥阅读推广优势参与社会服务,推动高校图书馆党建与业务深度融合并协调发展。
As a booster for talent cultivation,a resource library for academic research,and the main battlefield for campus culture,university libraries should establish a high-quality party building work system,identify the integration points of party building business,optimize and improve institutional mechanisms,and effectively form a work pattern of integrated development of party building business.Focusing on the basic elements of library resources,services,space,users,and librarians,we will make precise efforts to integrate and innovate from the aspects of resource utilization,service integration,team building,cultural activities,etc.,establish a linkage mechanism for party building business work,strengthen the construction of red resource space,deeply carry out the"party building+"series of activities,effectively rely on party building service projects,use information technology means,fully leverage the advantages of reading promotion to participate in social services,and promote the deep integration and coordinated development of party building and business in university libraries.
