摘要
以Al_(2)O_(3)纤维为增强体,以莫来石(Mullite)为陶瓷基体,采用浸渍-烘干-预烧结-烧结工艺,在600、800、1000和1200℃烧结温度下,制备了Al_(2)O_(3f)/Mullite复合材料,以揭示低温预烧结条件下,不同的烧结温度和保温时间对制备所得复合材料的力学性能、介电性能和透波性能的影响。结果表明:随着烧结温度升高,复合材料试样的弯曲强度先增加后减小,烧结温度为1000℃制备的复合材料弯曲强度最高;烧结温度为1200℃制备试样的断口形貌呈现脆性断裂特征,而其他烧结温度的呈现韧性断裂特征。烧结温度为1000℃制备复合材料时,保温时间为2 h和6 h相较而言,保温时间为6 h所得复合材料试样的弯曲强度和介电常数优于保温时间为2 h的,分别为45 MPa和3.2。
Reinforced with Al_(2)O_(3f)iber and using mullite as the ceramic matrix,Al_(2)O_(3f)/Mullite composites are prepared through an process involving impregnation,drying,pre-sintering,and sintering at sintering temperatures of 600℃,800℃,1000℃and 1200℃to reveal the effects of different sintering temperatures and holding times under low-temperature pre-sintering conditions on the mechanical properties,dielectric properties,and transparency of the resulting composites.The results show that as the sintering temperature increases,the flexural strength of the composite specimens first increases and then decreases,with the highest flexural strength achieved at a sintering temperature of 1000℃;specimens sintered at 1200℃exhibit brittle fracture characteristics,while those sintered at other temperatures show ductile fracture characteristics.When the composites are prepared at a sintering temperature of 1000℃,the flexural strength and dielectric constant of the specimens with a holding time of 6 hours are superior to those with a holding time of 2 hours,reaching 45 MPa and 3.2,respectively.
