低粘度、抗冲击环氧阻燃灌封胶性能研究

摘要 以Epikote828、NPEF-170环氧树脂为基体,CYH-277为稀释剂,液体阻燃剂与改性氢氧化铝复配,改性硅微粉和重钙为填料制备了环氧灌封胶。研究了不同原材料对灌封胶性能的影响。结果表明:采用CYH-277降低了环氧灌封胶粘度,并提高了环氧灌封胶的抗冲击性能,复配阻燃剂发挥了协同阻燃作用,达到了V-0级的阻燃要求。制备的灌封胶粘度低、固化反应放热峰温度低,操作时间长,抗冲击性能好,电学性能好,固化物表面光滑平整,具有良好的储存稳定性,可用于狭小缝隙的灌封。 Epoxy potting sealant was prepared with EPIKOTE828 and NPEF-170 epoxy as matrix,CYH-277 as diluent,liquid flame retardant and Modified Aluminum hydroxide,Modified silica powder and Calcium carbonate as the filler.The effects of different materials on the properties of the epoxy potting sealant were studied.The results showed that CYH-277 could reduce the viscosity of epoxy sealant and improve its impact resistance.Composite flame retardant has a good synergistic flame retardant effect,and the performance of flame retardancy achieved UL94-V0 rating.The prepared potting sealant has low viscosity,low exothermic peak temperature of curing reaction,long operation time,good impact resistance,good electrical properties,smooth surface of the cured material and good storage stability.It is suitable for a narrow gap filling sealant.
