S105级矿渣粉掺量对混凝土工作性能和力学性能的影响

摘要 为了研究矿渣粉掺量对混凝土工作性能和力学性能的影响,以S105级矿渣粉为研究对象,通过坍落度和扩展试验评价了矿渣粉掺量对混凝土工作性能的影响,并通过抗压强度、抗折强度和劈裂抗拉强度试验评价了矿渣粉掺量对混凝土力学性能的影响。试验结果表明:S105级矿渣粉的掺量越大,C50高性能混凝土的坍落度和扩展度就越大,当矿渣粉的掺量为20%时,混凝土的坍落度和扩展度分别可以达到230 mm和510 mm,工作性能得到显著改善;而C50高性能混凝土试件的抗压强度、抗折强度和劈裂抗拉强度则随着S105级矿渣粉掺量的增大均呈现出“先升高后降低”的趋势,当矿渣粉的掺量为20%时,养护7 d和28 d的混凝土试件的抗压强度、抗折强度和劈裂抗拉强度均可以达到最大,力学性能也得到了明显改善;但矿渣粉的掺量过大时,会导致C50高性能混凝土试件的力学性能明显降低。因此综合考虑混凝土的工作性能和力学性能,推荐S105级矿渣粉的掺量不宜超过20%。 In order to study the influence of slag powder content on the workability and mechanical properties of concrete,S105 grade slag powder was taken as the research object,and the influence of slag powder content on the workability of concrete was evaluated through slump and expansion tests,and the influence of slag powder content on the mechanical properties of concrete was evaluated through compressive strength,flexural strength and splitting tensile strength tests.The test results show that the greater the content of S105 slag powder,the greater the slump and expansion of C50 high-performance concrete.When the content of slag powder is 20%,the slump and expansion of concrete can reach 230 mm and 510 mm respectively,and the working performance is significantly improved.However,the compressive strength,flexural strength and splitting tensile strength of C50 high-performance concrete specimens show a trend of“increasing first and then decreasing”with the increase of the content of S105 slag powder.When the content of slag powder is 20%,the compressive strength,flexural strength and splitting tensile strength of concrete specimens cured for 7 days and 28 days can reach the maximum,and the mechanical properties have also been significantly improved.However,when the content of slag powder is too large,the mechanical properties of C50 high-performance concrete specimens will be significantly reduced.Therefore,considering the working and mechanical properties of concrete,it is recommended that the content of S105 slag powder should not exceed 20%.
