坚硬顶板煤层巷道围岩松动圈分布规律研究

摘要 为分析研究坚硬顶板煤层巷道围岩松动圈分布规律,以陕北榆神矿区益东矿业实际工程地质条件为背景,通过分析巷道围岩松动圈形成机理,并以等效圆法为基础,利用应力平衡条件对坚硬顶板煤层巷道围岩松动圈理论进行了推导、算例分析,得出了围岩松动圈深度、巷道所需的支护强度;采用FLAC3D数值模拟软件,建立巷道顶、底板地层三维模型,并对模型顶部进行加载,得出了巷道围岩应力分布、变形情况、塑性区分布规律。结果表明:坚硬顶板煤层巷道由于巷道上方松动圈内顶板整体下压,巷道围岩出现拉伸破坏及剪切破坏,导致顶板压力向两帮传递,使得两帮应力较顶底板集中;对现有支护方式进行了分析,根据巷道围岩松动圈理论推导计算结果及数值模拟规律提出了改进支护参数。 In order to analyze and study distribution law of loose circle of roadway surrounding rock in hard roof coal seam,taking the actual engineering geological conditions of Yidong Mining Industry in Yushen Mining Area of Northern Shaanxi as the background,through analyzing the formation mechanism of the loose circle of the roadway surrounding rock,and based on the equivalent circle method,the theory of the loose circle of the roadway surrounding rock in the hard roof coal seam is derived and numerical example analyzed using stress balance conditions.The depth of the loose circle of the surrounding rock and the required support strength of the roadway are obtained;Using FLAC3D numerical simulation software,a three-dimensional model of the roof and floor stratum of the roadway is established,and the top of the model is loaded to obtain the stress distribution,deformation situation,and plastic zone distribution law of the roadway surrounding rock.The results show that in the hard roof coal seam roadway,due to the overall downward pressure of the roof in the loose circle above the roadway,the roadway surrounding rock undergoes tensile failure and shear failure,resulting in the transmission of roof pressure to the two sides,causing stress concentration on the two sides compared to the roof and floor;An analysis is conducted on the existing support method,and improved support parameters are proposed according to the theoretical derivation caculation results and numerical simulation rules of the loose circle of roadway surrounding rock.
