摘要
本文梳理宋代至民国118部有关臁疮湿疮的中医古籍,最终纳入53部涉及“瘥后防复”的古籍,按成书年代的先后顺序排列,并提取首次出现的禁忌信息。发现古籍中该类疾病复发的诱因多样,禁忌事宜呈现逐渐细化、全面系统的特点,古代医家以其丰富的临证经验、广泛的禁忌记载、独特的注意事项及明确的禁忌说明,为现代科学预防该类疾病提供思路。
This article reviews 118 ancient books of Chinese medicine on ecthyma and eczema from Song Dynasty to Republic of China,and finally includes 53 ancient books related to“cure and prevent recurrence”.They are arranged in chronological order of their publication,and taboo information that first appeared is extracted.It is found that there are various inducements for the recurrence of such diseases in ancient books,and the contraindications show the characteristics of gradual elaboration and comprehensive system.The ancient doctors,with their rich clinical experience,extensive taboos records,unique precautions,and clear contraindications,provide ideas for modern scientific prevention of such diseases.
