摘要
本文研究了经固相萃取法净化后的复杂土壤基质提取液,以二苯碳酰二肼分光光度法测定六价铬含量的分析方法。以pH7.5~8.0磷酸盐脱气缓冲溶液为提取剂萃取试样中可溶性六价铬;经固相萃取技术去除干扰;酸性条件下与二苯碳酰二肼反应生成紫红色络合物;分光光度法在540nm(30mm比色皿)处测定六价铬含量。对提取液为深蓝、深黄、富油发黑的三类不同土壤基质进行实验有良好的净化效果;对GWB07581-GWB07585五个不同浓度标准物质开展精密度、准确度、人员比对、实验室间比对实验,检出限、实际样品分析、实际样品加标分析等结果均优于现行有效检测标准方法的要求。
In this paper,a method for the determination ofhexavalent chromium content in complex soil matrix extract,which was purified by solid phase extraction method,by diphenylcarbazide spectrophotometry was studied.Soluble hexavalent chromium in the sample was extracted with pH 7.5~8.0 phosphate degassing buffer solution.After removing the interference by solid phase extraction technology,it reacted with diphenylcarbazide to form a purple red complex under acidic conditions.The content of hexavalent chromium was determined by spectrophotometry at 540 nm(30 mm cuvette).Experiments have shown good purification effects on three different soil matrices with extraction solutions of deep blue,deep yellow,and rich oil black.Precision,accuracy,personnel comparison,and inter-laboratory comparison experiments were conducted on five standard substances GWB07581-GWB07585 with different concentrations.The results of detection limit,actual sample analysis,and actual sample standard addition analysis were better than the requirements of the current effective detection standard methods.
