双镜技术辅助双腔支气管插管在胸腔镜手术中应用研究

Study on the Application of Double Chamber Bronchial Intubation Assisted by Double Mirror Technology in Thoracoscopic Surgery

摘要 目的:分析在胸腔镜手术中应用双镜技术辅助双腔支气管插管的效果。方法:纳入2022年6月~2023年12月本院收治的60例胸腔镜手术患者为研究对象,入院后通过随机数字表法将患者分为对照组(n=30)、观察组(n=30)两组,对照组给予可视喉镜下气管插管,观察组给予双镜技术辅助下双腔支气管插管,并对比应用效果。结果:T_(0)、T_(1)、T_(3)、T_(4)阶段,观察组较对照组平均动脉压、心率水平无显著性差异(P>0.05);但T_(2)阶段,观察组较对照组的平均动脉压、心率水平更低,差异显著(P<0.05);观察组较对照组插管时间更短,一次性擂管成功率更高;观察组较对照组插管后的并发症发生率显著更低;观察组较对照组白细胞、C反应蛋白水平更低;对比均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在胸腔镜手术中,在双镜技术辅助下进行双腔支气管插管能够提高气管插管的成功率,缩短气管插管的时间,有效降低并发症,保障手术的顺利完成,为患者争取良好预后。 Objective:To analyze the effect of using dual mirror technology to assist dual lumen bronchial intubation in thoracoscopic surgery.Methods:60 patients undergoing thoracoscopic surgery admitted to our hospital from June 2022 to December 2023 were included as the study subjects.After admission,the patients were randomly divided into a control group(n=30)and an observation group(n=30)using a random number table method.The control group received endotracheal intubation under visual laryngoscopy,while the observation group received double lumen bronchial intubation assisted by double mirror technology,and the application effects were compared.Results:There was no significant difference in MAP and HR levels between the observation group and the control group at stages T_(0),T_(1),T_(3),and T_(4)(P>0.05);In the T_(2)stage,the MAP and HR levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05);The observation group had shorter intubation time and higher success rate of one-time intubation compared to the control group;The incidence of complications after intubation in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group;The observation group had lower levels of WBC and CRP compared to the control group;The comparison showed statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:In thoracoscopic surgery,double lumen bronchial intubation assisted by dual mirror technology can improve the success rate of tracheal intubation,shorten the time of tracheal intubation,prevent adverse complications,ensure the smooth completion of the surgery,and strive for a good prognosis for patients.
