摘要
随着国家对煤炭资源清洁利用重视度的不断提高,如何更精准、更智能化对煤泥水添加所需药剂,实现煤泥水高效处理已成为亟需解决的问题。为此,首先分析了边缘计算这一新型计算模式;其次设计了一种煤泥水处理智能加药装置,给出了其功能、整体架构、核心部件智能控制箱以及整体信息采集通信方案,并利用边缘计算就地化实时对所采集的煤泥水数据进行分析处理,通过有线和无线通信与多端实现信息共享;最后研究了煤泥水处理智能加药策略,并与目前常用加药方式进行了对比。所设计方案能够提高煤泥水处理效率、实现煤泥水精准加药、满足不同人员对加药信息的需求,对提高选煤厂煤泥水处理智能化水平和经济效益具有较大的应用价值。
With increasing attention about clean utilization of coal resources in China,how to add required chemicals to coal slurry water more accurately and intelligently,and achieve efficient treatment of coal slurry water has become an urgent problem.Firstly edge computing is analyzed.Second an intelligent dosing device for coal slurry treatment is designed,with its functions,overall architecture,core component intelligent control box and overall information collection and communication scheme given.Edge computing was used to analyze and process the collected coal slurry water data locally and in real time,and information sharing was realized through wired and wireless communication with multiple terminals.Finally an intelligent dosing strategy for coal slurry water treatment was studied and compared with commonly used dosing methods.It can be concluded that the proposed scheme can improve the efficiency of coal slurry water treatment,achieve precise dosing of coal slurry water,and satisfy relevant personnel′s demand for dosing information,and thereby is potentially promising in improving the intellectualization and economic benefits of coal floatation plants.
