摘要
目的探讨Cox健康行为互动在社区糖尿病患者中的应用效果。方法选取2023年1—12月广州中医药大学深圳医院收治的172例糖尿病患者为研究对象,根据不同的护理方法分为两组,各86例。对照组进行常规护理,观察组进行Cox健康行为互动干预,比较两组血糖指标、自我管理能力、护理满意度。结果护理后,观察组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平均低于对照组,自我管理能力评分、护理满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论对社区糖尿病患者予Cox健康行为互动干预能改善其血糖水平,提升自我管理能力,且护理满意度较高。
Objective To explore the application effect of Cox health behavior interaction in community diabetic patients.Methods A total of 172 diabetic patients admitted to Shenzhen Hospital of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine from January to December 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into two groups,with 86 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given Cox health behavior interactive intervention.The blood glucose indexes,selfmanagement ability and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the fasting blood glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose and glycated hemoglobin A1c in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the self-management ability score and nursing satisfaction were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Cox health behavior interactive intervention for community diabetic patients can improve their blood glucose level,improve their selfmanagement ability,and have higher nursing satisfaction.
