摘要
“形气神”思想是中医认识人体的理论体系之一,西医虽无明确的“形气神”概念,但在认识疾病的某些方面,二者确有可类比之处。本文通过比较中西医对“形气神”认识的差异,并以该理论为基础浅析中西医对肿瘤认识和治疗的差异,从哲学层面论述造成此差异的原因,以此思考中西医结合现状。
The theory of“physique-qi-spirit”is one of the theoretical systems in traditional Chinese medicine for understanding human body.Although western medicine does not have a clear concept of“physique-qi-spirit”,they have similarities in some aspects of understanding diseases.This paper briefly analyzed the differences in understanding and treatment of tumor between traditional Chinese and western medicine,based on the comparison of“physique-qi-spirit”.Additionally,it discussed the philosophical reasons underlying these differences,so as to reflect on the current situation of the integration of traditional Chinese and western medicine.
