摘要
目的探讨复方醋酸棉酚片配伍米非司酮治疗子宫肌瘤患者的临床效果。方法选取2022年1月至12月收治的90例子宫肌瘤患者为研究对象,以随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组45例。对照组采用米非司酮治疗,观察组采用复方醋酸棉酚片配伍米非司酮治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为95.56%,高于对照组的77.78%(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的肌瘤体积、子宫体积小于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的促卵泡激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)、雌二醇(E2)及孕酮(P)水平低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、总蛋白(TP)及总胆红素(TBIL)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组的不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论复方醋酸棉酚片配伍米非司酮治疗子宫肌瘤患者的效果显著,不仅能够调节激素水平,缩小肌瘤体积和子宫体积,还不会对患者的肝功能产生影响,不会增加不良反应发生风险。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of compound gossypol acetate tablets combined with mifepristone in the treatment of patients with uterine fibroids.Methods A total of 90 patients with uterine fibroids admitted from January to December 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into control group and observation group,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with mifepristone,and the observation group was treated with compound gossypol acetate tablets and mifepristone.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.56%,which was higher than 77.78%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the fibroid volume and uterine volume of the observation group were smaller than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH),estradial(E2)and progesterone(P)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,there were no significant differences in the levels of alanine aminotransferase(ALT),total protein(TP)and total bilirubin(TBIL)between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Compound gossypol acetate tablets combined with mifepristone in the treatment of patients with uterine fibroids has a significant effect,it can not only regulate hormones levels,reduce fibroid volume and uterine volume,but also not affect the liver function of patients,and will not increase the risk of adverse reactions.
