摘要
目的探讨糖皮质激素联合特布他林治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期(AECOPD)的临床疗效。方法选取医院2022年1月至2023年10月收治的AECOPD患者80例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组行特布他林治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上加用糖皮质激素治疗,两组患者均持续治疗1周。结果两组患者治疗后的肺功能[用力肺活量(FVC)、第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV_(1))、FEV_(1)/FVC]、血气指标[动脉血氧分压(PaO_(2))]均显著升高(P<0.05),二氧化碳分压(PaCO_(2))及临床症状(咳嗽、喘息、咳痰、哮鸣音)缓解时间均显著降低(P<0.05),且观察组改善情况显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者不良反应发生率相当(P>0.05)。结论糖皮质激素联合特布他林治疗AECOPD的临床疗效良好,可缩短患者的临床症状缓解时间,改善肺功能和气血指标,且安全性好。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of glucocorticoids combined with terbutaline in the treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD).Methods A total of 80 AECOPD patients admitted to the hospital from January 2022 to October 2023 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received treatment with terbutaline,while the observation group received additional treatment with glucocorticoids on the basis of the control group.Both groups received treatment for one week.Results After treatment,the lung function[forced vital capacity(FVC),forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV_(1)),FEV_(1)/FVC],and blood gas indicators[arterial partial pressure of oxygen(PaO_(2))]of both groups significantly increased(P<0.05).The partial pressure of carbon dioxide(PaCO_(2))and the relief time of clinical symptoms(cough,wheezing,sputum,wheezing)significantly reduced(P<0.05),and the improvement in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was comparable between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Glucocorticoids combined with terbutaline has good clinical efficacy in the treatment of AECOPD,which can shorten the time of clinical symptom relief,improve lung function and qi and blood indicators,and has good safety.
