摘要
目的探讨安徽省妇幼卫生资源和服务能力现状,为妇幼保健工作可持续发展提供参考。方法利用官方数据和问卷调查,比较安徽省妇幼卫生资源和服务能力与全国平均水平差距,并分析当前妇幼保健服务能力不足之处。结果安徽省在妇幼保健机构、床位设置以及人员配置方面与全国平均水平相比相对不足。在部分项目上安徽省儿童保健和孕产妇保健能力与全国平均水平仍有差距。一级及以下妇幼保健机构在开设临床科室、设置专科床位、获得高水平医院对口帮扶及参与医联体项目等方面的比例均低于二级机构(P<0.05)。结论安徽省妇幼卫生服务能力相对不足,基层机构专科设置薄弱,获对口支援不足,政府部门应积极采取措施优化卫生资源配置。
Objective To explore the current situation of maternal and child health resources and service capacity in Anhui Province,and to provide reference for the sustainable development of maternal and child health care.Methods Using official data and questionnaires to compare the disparity between maternal and child health resources and service capacity in Anhui Province and the national average,and to analyze the shortcomings of primary maternal and child health care institutions.Results There is a gap between Anhui Province and the national average in some aspects of child health care and maternal health care.The proportion of primary-level institutions with specialties and beds,those receiving counterpart support and those participating in the medical association project are all lower than those of institutions above the secondary level(P<0.05).Conclusion The resource allocation and service capacity of primary-level maternal and child health care in Anhui Province are relatively insufficient,and the government should take measures to improve the technical level and service capacity of primary-level maternal and child health care.
