摘要
随着工业活动的增加和环境保护法规的完善,传统的污染监测方法已无法满足现代环境管理的需求,在线监测系统应运而生。为解决废水废气污染源在线监测系统在日常维护中遇到的多方面问题,通过结合在线监测系统维护的发展现状,探讨系统日常运行中传感器精度下降、数据通信不稳定、生物膜和化学沉积物堵塞以及电源故障等常见问题。针对具体问题,提出相应的维护策略,优化在线监测系统效能的有效性,并为相关人员提供实践性参考。
With the increase of industrial activities and the improvement of environmental protection laws and regulations,the traditional pollution monitoring methods have been unable to meet the needs of modern environmental management,and online monitoring system comes into being.In order to solve the various problems encountered in the daily maintenance of the online monitoring system of waste water and waste gas pollution sources,the common problems such as sensor accuracy decline,data communication instability,biofilm and chemical sediment blockage and power failure in the daily operation of the system are discussed by combining the development status of online monitoring system maintenance.In view of the specific problems,the corresponding maintenance strategy is put forward,and the effectiveness of the online monitoring system is successfully optimized,so as to provide practical reference for relevant personnel.
