摘要
协同创新是区域经济高质量发展的关键支撑。面对区域发展不均衡问题,了解区域协同创新现状对完善区域创新体系至关重要。基于产业组织理论,融合多维大数据及传统统计数据,从区域协同创新潜力、协同创新行动以及协同创新成效3个方面,构建区域协同创新指标体系,对京津冀区域协同创新现状进行综合评估。研究发现,京津冀协同创新能力呈逐年上升趋势,但产业与创新协同仍存短板。为此,建议加快创新要素数据化,促进要素流动与均衡产业布局,以全面提升京津冀科技创新水平。
Collaborative innovation serves as a pivotal support for the high-quality development of regional economies.In the face of uneven regional development,understanding the current status of regional collaborative innovation is crucial for refining the regional innovation system.Drawing upon industrial organization theory,this paper integrates multi-dimensional big data with traditional statistical data to establish an index system for regional collaborative innovation.from three aspects:potential for collaborative innovation,collaborative innovation actions,and collaborative innovation outcomes,and conducted a comprehensive evaluation of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.The study finds that the region’s collaborative innovation capability has been rising annually,yet shortcomings persist in the coordination between industry and innovation.Consequently,it is recommended to expedite the digitization of innovation factors,facilitate the free flow of these factors,and foster a balanced industrial layout,thereby comprehensively enhancing the level of scientific and technological innovation in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.
