摘要
随着工业技术的提高,增材制造技术以其独特的制造理念和优势为复杂结构部件的生产提供了新思路和解决方案,开辟了众多领域更广阔的应用前景。阀门作为工业管道系统中的关键部件,其设计和制造直接关系到系统的性能与安全性。传统阀门制造工艺面临诸如复杂几何形状难以加工、材料浪费大、定制化和小批量生产效率低等问题。增材制造的引入,极大地提高了阀门设计的自由度,优化了复杂结构的制造,缩短了产品开发周期,并降低了材料和制造成本。本文深入分析了增材制造在阀门制造中的应用现状及未来发展趋势。
With the improvement of industrial technology,additive manufacturing technology provides new ideas and solutions for the production of complex structural components with its unique manufac-turing concepts and advantages,and opens up broader application prospects in many fields.As a key component in industrial pipeline system,the design and manufacture of valve is directly related to the performance and safety of the system.The traditional valve manufacturing process faces such problems as difficult to process complex geometry,large waste of materials,customization and low production ef-ficiency in small batches.The introduction of additive manufacturing has greatly improved the freedom of valve design,optimized the manufacture of complex structures,shortened the product development cycle,and reduced material and manufacturing costs.This paper deeply analyzes the application status and future development trend of additive manufacturing in valve manufacturing.
