摘要
高处作业存在坠落风险,每年会发生多起高处坠落死亡事故,早年基本采用安全带、安全绳进行登高保护,但是对攀登移动等保护能力有限。带刚性导轨的自锁器是一种固定导轨结构的坠落防护装置,有效地提高了登高作业的防护能力。GB24542-2019《坠落防护带刚性导轨自锁器》发挥了很好的作用,修订后的GB24542-2023《坠落防护带刚性导轨的自锁器》将于2025年1月实施,本文对新标准的修订背景、修改内容、关键技术点进行相应的解读。
There is a risk of falling when employees are working at height,and multiple fatal accidents occur every year.In the early years,safety belts and ropes were primarily used for working at height,but their effectiveness for climbing and movement was limited.The self-locking device with guiding rail is a fall protection device featuring a fixed guide rail structure,which significantly improves the safety during working at height.GB 24542-2019 has played an important role in this area.The revised GB 24542-2023 will be implemented in January 2025.This article provides an interpretation of the revision background,modified content,and key technical points of the new standard.
