摘要
风力发电在绿色能源持续发展方面占有极大的比例,对于风力发电机组的管理研究也逐渐深入。为了降低风力发电机组故障率,提高风力发电机组的发电量,以大数据为基础,论述了集控中心与智慧运维中心管理平台的建设过程,实现对风力发电场站的风机设备精细化、数智化管理。将现场设备维护、检修模式由被动变为主动,同时生产过程实现信息化、智慧化,极大的提高风力发电机组可利用小时数,降低生产管理成本。
Wind power generation accounts for a significant proportion in the sustainable development of green energy,and research on the management of wind turbines is gradually deepening.In order to reduce the failure rate of wind turbines and increase their power generation,this article discusses the construction process of the centralized control center and intelligent operation and maintenance center management platform based on big data,achieving refined and digital management of wind turbine equipment in wind power plants.Transforming the maintenance and repair mode of on-site equipment from passive to active,while realizing informatization and intelligence in the production process,greatly improving the available hours of wind turbines and reducing production management costs.
