摘要
目的 分析不同强度的华法林抗凝治疗老年稳定型冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(简称冠心病)合并非瓣膜性心房颤动(non-valvular atrial fibrillation, NVAF)的临床价值。方法 非随机选取2022年4月—2023年5月滕州市第一人民医院收治的老年稳定型冠心病合并NVAF患者50例,按治疗方法分为两组,每组25例。探究组应用低强度治疗,参比组实施高强度治疗。对比两组出血风险事件发生率、疗效终点事件发生率。结果 探究组出血风险事件发生率为8.00%(2/25),低于参比组的36.00%(9/25),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.711,P<0.05)。两组疗效终点事件发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 老年稳定型冠心病合并NVAF患者实施低强度华法林抗凝治疗可减少出血事件的产生。
Objective To analyze the clinical value of different intensities of warfarin anticoagulation for the treatment of stable coronary atherosclerotic heart disease(coronary heart disease)combined with non-valvular atrial fibrillation(NVAF)in the elderly.Methods Fifty cases of elderly patients with stable coronary artery disease combined with NVAF admitted to the First People's Hospital of Tengzhou City from April 2022 to May 2023 were selected non-randomly and divided into two groups according to treatment methods,with twenty-five cases in each group.The ex-ploratory group applied low-intensity treatment,and the reference group implemented high-intensity treatment.Bleed-ing risk event rate,efficacy endpoint event rate were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of bleeding risk events in the exploratory group was 8.00%(2/25),which was lower than 36.00%(9/25)in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.711,P<0.05).There was no statistically significant differ-ence in the incidence of efficacy endpoint events between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion In elderly patients with stable coronary heart disease combined with NVAF,low-intensity warfarin anticoagulant therapy can reduce the occur-rence of bleeding events.
