摘要
心房颤动(AF)指心脏的心房不规律地跳动或颤动,导致心脏搏动不规律,是临床上常见的心律失常。AF常合并其他心血管疾病,如冠心病、高血压等,它会导致血液在心脏内滞留,增加形成血栓的风险,从而引发卒中,甚至会进一步降低心功能,引起心力衰竭。因此,AF的规范化治疗对减少心脑血管不良事件有重要作用。目前,西医对于AF治疗存在一定的局限性,而中医药治疗AF发挥出不良反应少、临床疗效佳的优势。本文经检索2014—2024年中国知网(CNKI)、PubMed、维普、万方等数据库的相关文献,总结近年来中西医治疗AF的相关研究进展,为后续研究提供理论依据。
Atrial fibrillation(AF) refers to the irregular beating or trembling of the heart's atria,resulting in irregular heart rhythms and is a common clinical arrhythmia.AF often occurs in conjunction with other cardiovascular diseases such as coronary heart disease and hypertension,leading to blood pooling in the heart and increasing the risk of thrombus formation,thereby triggering a stroke,and even further impairing heart function,potentially leading to heart failure.Therefore,standardized treatment of AF is crucial in reducing adverse cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events.Currently,Western medicine has certain limitations in the treatment of AF,while traditional Chinese medicine treatment of AF has advantages such as fewer adverse reactions and better clinical efficacy.This paper reviews the recent research progress in AF treatment combining traditional Chinese and Western medicine by examining literature from CNKI,PubMed,VIP,and Wanfang databases from 2014 to 2024,providing a theoretical basis for future research.
