单针阳性前列腺癌术后Gleason评分升级影响因素分析

Analysis of factors influencing the postoperative upgrading of Gleason score in prostate cancer patients with positive single needle biopsy

摘要 近年来,我国前列腺癌发病率逐年上升[1],随着前列腺癌早期筛查及前列腺穿刺活检技术的广泛应用,更多的早期局限型前列腺癌被发现[2]。欧洲泌尿外科指南及一些相关研究显示,临床上部分早期前列腺癌患者可采取主动监测的方式严密随访,避免非必需的根治性切除手术[3-4]。
