多孔泡沫陶瓷对甲烷爆炸抑制特性的数值模拟

摘要 多孔泡沫陶瓷是一种由贯通或封闭孔洞构成网络结构的材料,多被用于抗爆炸冲击材料。为了研究其隔爆性能,本研究拟利用Fluent软件建立充有甲烷气体的管道模型,并在距电火花一定距离处设置不同孔径的Al2O3多孔泡沫陶瓷,在距电火花不同距离处设置不同片数陶瓷材料,设置压力检测点来记录材料前后的压力,来验证和计算其隔爆性能。 Porous foam ceramic is a kind of material with network structure composed of through or closed holes,which is often used as anti-explosion materials.In order to study its flameproof performance,this study plans to use Fluent software to establish a pipe model filled with methane gas,and set Al2O3 porous foam ceramics with different apertures at a certain distance from the electric spark,set different pieces of ceramic materials at different distances from the electric spark,and set pressure detection points to record the pressure before and after the material to verify and calculate its flameproof performance.
