摘要
通过防腐挑战测试方法研究牙膏中pH缓冲剂、表面活性剂对牙膏配方防腐性能的影响。研究结果表明,牙膏配方中添加一定量的pH缓冲剂可以有效结合碳酸钙基质配方中少量水解的钙离子,提升该体系牙膏配方对真菌的防腐性能;阴离子表面活性剂月桂醇硫酸酯钠可以有效提升牙膏配方的防腐性能,包括细菌防腐性能与真菌防腐性能;两性表面活性剂椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱对不同基质配方的防腐性能无明显影响;非离子表面活性剂月桂基葡萄苷对不同基质牙膏配方的细菌、真菌防腐性能均有较大负面影响;月桂醇硫酸酯钠复配月桂基葡萄苷的技术方案,当月桂基葡萄苷的添加量≥1%时,对配方真菌防腐性能影响较大,无法通过防腐挑战实验。
The influence of pH buffer and surfactant on the preservative performance of toothpaste formula was studied by the method of preservative challenge test.The results show that adding a certain amount of pH buffer in the toothpaste formula can effectively combine with the hydrolyzed calcium ions in the calcium carbonate-based formula,thereby enhancing the preservative performance of this system against fungi.Anionic surfactant sodium lauryl sulfate can effectively enhance the preservative performance of toothpaste formula,including bacterial and fungal preservative performance.The amphoteric surfactant cocamidopropyl betaine has no significant effect on the preservative performance of different substrate formulas.Nonionic surfactant lauryl glucoside has a greater negative impact on the preservative performance of bacteria and fungi in different substrate toothpaste formulas.In the technical scheme of surfactant sodium lauryl sulfate combined with lauryl glucoside,when the addition amount of lauryl glucoside is≥1%,it has a greater impact on the preservative performance of fungi,and cannot pass the preservative challenge test.
