细长缺陷特征对管道漏磁检测的影响研究

摘要 采用有限元仿真分析与试验相结合的方法,以油气管道细长缺陷为研究对象,根据漏磁内检测理论,对漏磁场分布特性与细长缺陷深度、夹角关系开展研究,得出漏磁场分布规律。结果表明:漏磁场径向分量B z峰值和轴向分量B y峰值随缺陷深度增加而增大,B y峰值与深度近似呈线性关系。缺陷轴向与磁化方向的夹角为90°时,缺陷处漏磁信号最大,最易被检测出;夹角为30°~90°时,随角度增大,跨过的检测宽度减小,漏磁场信号越易被检测出;夹角小于30°时,漏磁场信号非常细微,不易被检测出。因此细长缺陷深度越深、缺陷轴向与磁化方向越趋于垂直时,漏磁场信号越易被检测设备识别。 Based on the magnetic leakage detection theory,the relationship between the distribution characteristics of magnetic leakage field and the depth and degree of included angle of the elongated defect of oil and gas pipeline is studied by combining simulation analysis and experiment,and the distribution law of magnetic leakage field is obtained.The results show that the peaks of B z and B y increase with the increase of defect depth,and the relationship between the peaks of B y and the depth is approximately linear.When the angle between the axial direction of the defect and the direction of magnetization is 90°,the magnetic leakage signal at the defect is the largest,which is the easiest to detect.When the Angle degree is 30°~90°with the increase of the degree,the smaller the detection width is,the stronger the leakage magnetic field is.When the included angle is less than 30°,the leakage magnetic field signal is very subtle and difficult to be detected and identified.The deeper the defect depth is and the more perpendicular the axial direction of the defect is to the magnetization direction,the easier it is to be detected and identified.
