摘要
知农爱农新型人才培养是新农科建设对涉农高校提出的新要求。实验室是夯实学生为农本领、树立学生安全意识、提升实践能力和创新精神的主阵地。文章对标新农科人才培养新要求,以河南牧业经济学院畜牧兽医类实验室为例,引入“8S”管理理念,从实验室资源重组、安全体系构建、安全文化建设和实验教学课程思政等方面开展实践研究,形成了融“规范管理+文化建设+课程思政”于一体的实验室管理体系,推进了畜牧兽医类实验室管理的制度化、规范化、安全化和育人化,为新农科人才培养奠定了坚实基础。
The cultivation of new-type talents who know and love agriculture is a new requirement of the construction of new agricultural science for agriculture-related colleges and universities.The laboratory is the main position to consolidate students agricultural skills,establish students safety awareness,and enhance their practical ability and innovative spirit.Taking the animal husbandry and veterinary laboratory of Henan Institute of Animal Husbandry and Economics as an example,this paper introduced the 8S management concept,carried out practical research from the aspects of laboratory resource restructuring,safety system construction,safety culture construction and experimental teaching curriculum ideology and politics,and formed a laboratory management system integrating“standardized management+culture construction+curriculum ideology and politics”.It has promoted the institutionalization,standardization,safety and education of animal husbandry and veterinary laboratory management,and laid a solid foundation for the training of new agricultural talents.
