摘要
通过对当前职业教育党建和育人研究背景的必要性分析,阐明其现实困境。以武汉船舶职业技术学院电气与电子工程学院机电一体化专业为例,提出创新育人模式,并从“党建引领专业建设”“党建引领校企联建”“党建引领社会服务实践”和“党建引领红色文化建设”四个方面,深入研究高职院校育人中加强党建引领的有效途径。
By analyzing the background and research necessity of current vocational education under the guidance of the Party building,this paper illustrates the realistic dilemma.Taking the mechatronics major as an example,this essay puts forward an innovative education mode,and studies the practical ways of strengthening the Party building leading the innovative education mode in higher vocational colleges.
