摘要
[目的]建立苯唑氟草酮和莠去津可分散油悬浮剂中有效成分同时检测的高效液相色谱分析方法。[方法]使用SinoChrom ODS-BP不锈钢色谱柱,选择254 nm为检测波长,在乙腈和0.1%磷酸水溶液的流动相条件下,对试样中苯唑氟草酮和莠去津进行有效分离和定量检测。[结果]经分析方法验证,苯唑氟草酮和莠去津的线性相关系数(r)分别为0.9998和0.9999,标准偏差分别为0.025和0.052,变异系数分别为0.81%和0.24%,平均回收率分别为99.76%和99.74%。[结论]该方法操作简便,精密度和准确度较高,分离效果良好,适用于复配制剂中苯唑氟草酮和莠去津的定量分析。
[Aims]This study aims to established a method for simultaneous analysis of active ingredients of fenpyrazone·atrazine 25%OD by HPLC.[Methods]The effective separation and quantification of fenpyrazone and atrazine in the samples were performed on a SinoChrom ODS-BP stainless steel column.The mobile phase was acetonitrile and 0.1%phosphoric acid solution,and the detection wavelength was 254 nm.[Results]The analytical results showed that the linear correlation coefficients(r)of fenpyrazone and atrazine were 0.9998 and 0.9999,the standard deviation were 0.025 and 0.052,the coefficient of variation were 0.81%and 0.24%,and the average recovery reached to 99.76%and 99.74%,respectively.[Conclusions]The method is easy to operate,with high precision and accuracy,and good separation.It is suitable for the quantitative analysis of fenpyrazone and atrazine in the mixture formulation.
