摘要
目的系统评价和整合慢性心力衰竭患者自我护理体验,为提升患者疾病应对能力,改善生活质量提供依据。方法计算机检索WebofScience、PubMed、EMbase、The Cochrane Library、EBSCO、中国生物医学文献数据库、中国知网和万方数据知识服务平台,收集从建库至2023年12月关于心力衰竭患者自我护理体验的相关质性研究。采用澳大利亚乔安娜布里格斯研究所(Joanna Briggs Institute,JBI)循证卫生保健中心的质性研究质量评价标准(2016版)对纳入文献进行质量评价,采用汇集性整合法整合文献结果。结果共纳入7篇文献,提炼出28个明确的研究结果,归纳为6个新的类别,汇总成以下3个整合结果:认知与能力,需求与支持,适应与新生。结论护理工作者应当重视并关注心力衰竭患者自我护理情况,给予患者专业支持和情感支持,提升患者胜任力,进而提高并改善患者的生活质量。
Objective To systematically review and synthesize self-care experiences in patients with chronic heart failure(CHF),and provide basis for patients to improve their disease coping ability and quality of life(QOL).Methods The databases of Web of Science,PubMed,EMbase,The Cochrane Library,EBSCO,CBM,CNKI and WanFang Data were retrieved with computer for collecting the qualitative studies related to self-care experiences in CHF patients from database establishment time to Dec.2023.The quality of included literature was reviewed by applying the quality evaluation criteria(2016)for qualitative research of Evidence-based Health Care Center of Joanna Briggs Institute(JBI)in Australia.The literature research results were summarized and integrated by using pooled integration method.Results There were totally 7 articles included and 28 definite study results were extracted,which were summed up as 6 new categories,and synthesized 3 results as follows:cognition and ability,demand and support,and adaptation and renewal.Conclusion Nursing workers should pay more attention to self-care status of CHF patients,give them professional and emotional supports,promote their competency,and improve their QOL.
