粤港澳大湾区和杭州湾大湾区碳达峰状况分析

Analysis of Carbon Emission Peaking Status of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and Hangzhou Bay Greater Bay Area

摘要 以粤港澳大湾区和杭州湾大湾区两大湾区整体区域和域内城市为对象,以2011~2020年为考察期,通过条件判断和Mann-Kendall趋势检验分析法评估湾区和城市的碳达峰状态。碳排放量分析显示,粤港澳大湾区呈上升趋势,杭州湾大湾区呈上升-下降两阶段变化趋势,不同城市之间的排放量和变化趋势差异显著;碳强度分析表明,杭州湾大湾区显著高于粤港澳大湾区,两大湾区和多数城市碳强度下降趋势明显;2020年两大湾区及多数城市的碳排放量出现较大幅度的缩减或反弹等异常波动,而其碳强度基本未异常波动。Mann-Kendall趋势检验分析表明,两大湾区和多数城市尚未实现碳达峰。 This study took the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area(GHM)and Hangzhou Bay Greater Bay Area(HZB)and the included cities as the research objects,in the inspection period 2011 to 2020,and evaluated the carbon peak status of the bay area and cities via condition judgment and Mann-Kendall trend test analysis.Carbon emissions analysis demonstrated that GHM showed an upward trend,while HZB showed a two-stage upward and downward trend,and the emissions and trends of different cities varied significantly.The carbon intensity analysis suggested that,HZB was significantly higher than GHM,and these two bay areas and most cities displayed a clear downward trend.Carbon emissions in these two bay areas and most cities significantly reduced or rebounded in 2020.Mann-Kendall trend test analysis showed that,these two bay areas and most cities have not yet confirmed carbon emission peak.
