摘要
本研究旨在探索一种含锌膳食纤维的制备方法,并对其性能进行深入研究分析。通过酸碱法结合离子交换技术,成功制备出含锌膳食纤维,并利用多种测试手段对其锌元素含量、吸水力、吸油力、葡萄糖吸附力、胆固醇吸附力等方面进行了系统分析。结果表明,所制备的含锌膳食纤维具有高锌含量、良好吸水吸油力,同时具有较强的吸附葡萄糖和胆固醇的能力。本研究为含锌膳食纤维的制备提供了新的思路,并为其在食品、医药等领域的应用提供了理论支持。
The purpose of this study was to explore a preparation method of dietary fiber containing zinc and analyze its properties.Dietary fiber containing zinc was successfully prepared by acid-base method combined with ion exchange technology,and the zinc content,water absorption,oil absorption,glucose adsorption and cholesterol adsorption were systematically analyzed by various testing methods.The results showed that the prepared zinc-containing dietary fiber had high zinc content,good water and oil absorption,and strong ability to adsorb glucose and cholesterol.This study provides a new idea for the preparation of zinc-containing dietary fiber and provides theoretical support for its application in food,medicine and other fields.
