日照市草地植物病害调查研究

Investigation and Analysis of Grass Diseases in Rizhao City

摘要 日照市草地植物病害种类多样,研究旨在摸清市域内草地植物病害及病原菌种类,研判相应的防控对策。于2022-2023年在市域内采样线路踏查和样方调查法开展草地植物病害的调查研究工作。结果表明:日照市草地病害共53种,其中危害等级达到3级的6种,达到2级的有31种,达到1级的有16种,主要是叶片病害和茎秆病害。其中发生最严重的6种病害分别是蓼白粉菌(Erysiphe polygoni)引起的巴天酸模白粉病;穆氏节丝壳(Arthrocladiella mougeotii)引起的枸杞白粉病;隐秘刺盘孢(Colletotrichum aenigma)引起的葎草炭疽病;灰梨孢(Pyricularia grisea)引起的马唐圆斑病;旋花白锈菌(Albugo ipomoeae-panduratae)引起的圆叶牵牛白锈病以及链隔孢(Alternaria alternata)引起的圆叶牵牛黑斑病。本研究明确了日照市草地病害的种类、分布及危害等级,为后续的病害防控工作打下了基础。 There are many kinds of grass diseases in Rizhao City.The purpose of this study is to find out the kinds of grass diseases and pathogens in the city,and to determine the corresponding prevention and control countermeasures.Track investigations and quadrat surveys were conducted during 2022 and 2023 in Rizhao City.As a result,53 grass diseases were discovered,of which 6 diseases reaching level 3,31 diseases reaching level 2,and 16 diseases reaching level 1.These diseases are mostly found on leaves and stems.Six diseases are the most serious ones in Rizhao City,including Rumex patientia powdery mildew caused by Erysiphe polygoni,Lycium chinense powdery mildew caused by Arthrocladiella mougeotii,Humulus scandens anthracnose caused by Colletotrichum aenigma,Digitaria sanguinalis round leaf spot caused by Pyricularia grisea,Ipomoea purpurea white rust disease caused by Albugo ipomoeae-panduratae and round black leaf spot disease caused by Alternaria alternata.The present study confirmed the kinds,distribution and damage levels of grass diseases in Rizhao City,which is the basis for the following disease controlling works.
