摘要
以环氧树脂E20、聚乙二醇二缩水甘油醚和聚醚胺为原料制备了水性环氧树脂乳化剂,进一步添加植酸,并通过相反转法获得了均匀分散的水性环氧乳液。通过耐盐水腐蚀试验、交流阻抗能谱和极化曲线考察了植酸添加量对乳液性能的影响,筛选性能最优的乳液。基于水性环氧乳液制备水性环氧涂料,并涂覆于测试钢板上获得清漆和灰漆涂层。对涂层进行铅笔硬度、附着力、耐盐水和电化学测试,结果表明:植酸添加量为1.0 g时制备的乳液性能最优,涂层具有优异的防腐蚀性能;清漆涂层的铅笔硬度为HB,附着力为0级,耐盐水时间达480 h;灰漆铅笔硬度为H,附着力为0级,耐盐水时间高于720 h。
A waterborne epoxy resin emulsifier is prepared from epoxy resin E20,poly(ethylene glycol)diglycidyl ether and poly(ether amine).Phytic acid was further added and a homogeneously dispersed waterborne epoxy emulsion was obtained by the phase inversion method.The effects of phytic acid dosage on the performance of the emulsions were investigated by salted water resistance test,electrochemical impedance spectrum and polarization curves to screen the emulsions with optimal performance.Waterborne epoxy coatings were prepared based on the waterborne epoxy emulsions and coated on the test steel plates to obtain varnish and gray paint coatings.The coatings were tested for pencil hardness,adhesion,salted water resistance and electrochemistry.The results show that the emulsion prepared with 1.0 g of phytic acid has the best performance and the coatings have excellent corrosion resistance.The varnish coating has a pencil hardness of HB,an adhesion of 0,and a salted water resistance of 480 h.The gray coating has a pencil hardness of H,an adhesion of 0,and a salted water resistance of more than 720 h.
