摘要
本科生导师制是对传统人才培养模式的补充与发展,我国医药院校本科生导师制实施多年并取得一定成效,但仍然存在一些问题。本文采用文本分析方法,从我国医药院校本科生导师制的实施现状入手,梳理出本科生导师制实施全流程的关键环节,包括导师类型的确定、导师库的组建、过程管理与督导、效果评价与激励等,同时归纳总结出导师定位及职责不清晰、师生配比不合理、考核评价制度不完善等现存的问题,并提出明确导师职责、构建优秀导师团队、健全考评激励机制、创新互动模式等改进措施。
The undergraduate preceptorship serves as a complement and development to the traditional talent cultivation model.The implementation of the undergraduate preceptorship in domestic medical colleges has achieved certain effects over the years,but there are still some unresolved issues.This paper adopts the method of text analysis,taking into consideration the current situation of the implementation of the undergraduate preceptorship in domestic medical colleges,and sorts out the key links in the full process of the implementation of the undergraduate preceptorship,including determining the type of tutor,building a tutor database,process management and supervision,and effect evaluation and incentive.At the same time,it summarizes the existing problems such as unclear positioning and responsibilities of tutors,unreasonable teacher-student ratio,and imperfect assessment and evaluation system,and puts forward measures for improvement,such as clarifying the responsibilities of tutors,building an excellent team of tutors,improving the assessment and incentive mechanism,and innovating the interactive model.
