摘要
张岱的《素瓷传静夜》是晚明文人生活美学中饮茶文化的缩影。透过对诗作的分析,辅以明代名士及前贤对饮茶文化的鉴赏与张岱其他茶饮篇章互作论证。从饮茶环境的讲究、瀹茶火候的掌控、茶具精致的追求到对水质来源地洞悉,进而到饮茶者心境里“性灵”的人格体会进行论证。整个品茗过程是一场艺术的飨宴,这正是晚明饮茶文化生活美学的体现。
Passing the Night with Bisqueware,composed by Zhang Dai,illustrates the tea drinking culture among the literati in the late Ming dynasty,reflecting the life aesthetics of the period.This paper analyzes the poem and compares it with the appreciation of tea drinking culture by celebrities and former sages of the Ming dynasty and other works by Zhang Dai.The attention to the tea drinking environment,the control of the heat for brewing tea,the pursuit of exquisite tea sets,and the insight into the source and quality of water are examined to depict the personality experience of spirituality in a tea drinker’s state of mind.The entire tea appreciation process denotes a feast of art,embodying the life aesthetics of tea drinking activities in the late Ming dynasty.
