摘要
随着我国特高压输电工程的推进,金属氧化物避雷器(MOA)配方、工艺等制造技术有了长足提升,特性明显改善,为设备提供了更安全可靠的保护。但同时MOA劣化隐患引起的泄漏电流、参考电压等变化特性也有所不同。泄漏电流、参考电压作为MOA状态检测的重要状态特征参量,参量的变化特性直接影响着状态判定的灵敏度、准确性、有效性和阈值的确定。本研究基于MOA状态参量测试平台,试验研究了多种规格的试品在不同程度人工受潮、持续运行电压下加速老化以及2 ms和8/20μs电流冲击下的状态特征参量的变化规律,研究归纳了特征参量变化的灵敏性、可表征性。基于试验结果和状态特征参量的变化规律,提出状态判定特征量建议,对MOA劣化状态的有效检测和准确评价提供了参考依据。
With the advancement of UHV transmission projects in China,the manufacturing technology of metal oxide arrester(MOA)formulations and processes has been greatly improved,and the characteristics have been significantly improved,providing more safe and reliable protection for equipment.However,the variation characteristics of leakage current and reference voltage caused by MOA deterioration are also different.Leakage current and reference voltage are important state characteristic parameters of MOA state detection.The change characteristics of parameters directly affect the sensitivity,accuracy,effectiveness and threshold determination of state determination.Based on the MOA state parameter test platform,the change rules of state characteristic parameters of various specifications of samples under different degrees of artificial moisture,accelerated aging under continuous operating voltage,and 2 ms and 8/20μs current shocks are studied experimentally.The sensitivity and characterization of the change of characteristic parameters are summarized.Based on the test results and the change rule of state characteristic parameters,the suggestion of state determination characteristic quantity is put forward,which provides a reference for the effective detection and accurate evaluation of MOA deterioration state.
