摘要
花篮拉杆附着式钢管脚手架利用附着在建筑主体结构外侧的型钢支承架,将上部钢管脚手架的自重及施工荷载传递到附着的主体结构侧面。在传力体系中,花篮拉杆及其附着的主体结构梁锚固节点受力最大。采用有限元模拟及足尺实体节点试验,研究花篮拉杆各项物理性能在整体实体节点中的表现,比较其整体实体节点与单项物理性能测试结果的差异,研究其综合受力性能,为制定花篮拉杆附着式钢管脚手架相关技术标准,以及推广相关类型的脚手架的应用提供有效依据。
The attached steel pipe scaffolding with pull-rod of turnbuckle for rigging uses the steel support attached to the outside of the main structure of the building to transfer the dead weight and construction load of the upper steel pipe scaffold to the side of the attached main structure.In the force transmission system,the anchor node of the flower basket pull rod and the main structure beam attached has the greatest force.The finite element simulation and foot entity node test are used to study the physical performance in the overall entity node,to compare the overall entity node and the single physical performance test results,and to study the comprehensive stress performance of the attached steel pipe scaffolding with pull-rod of turnbuckle for rigging,with a view to develop relevant technical standards for the attached steel pipe scaffolding with pull-rod of turnbuckle for rigging and to provide effective basis for promoting the application of related types of scaffold.
