摘要 目的:探讨弥散张量成像(DTI)技术在2型糖尿病(T2DM)合并轻度认知功能障碍(MCI)中的应用。方法:通过系统回顾近年来关于T2DM、MCI的相关文献,特别关注DTI技术在评估脑白质微结构中的应用。结果:研究发现T2DM患者脑白质在多个区域存在异常,主要集中在胼胝体、放射冠和上纵束等部位,这些区域的变化与认知功能密切相关。DTI技术能够在疾病早期阶段敏感地检测这些微结构变化。结论:DTI技术作为先进的神经影像学工具,对于评估T2DM-MCI方面具有重要意义,有助于早期诊断和干预。未来结合其他影像学技术和深度学习算法,有望在临床应用中发挥更大作用。 Objective:The purpose of this study is to examine the use of diffusion tensor imaging(DTI)in patients with mild cognitive impairment(MCI)and type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods:A thorough analysis of current research on T2DM and MCI has been conducted,with a focus on the use of DTI technology to assess the microstructure of the brain's white matter.Results:The study discovered anomalies in the white matter of T2DM patients in a number of areas,mostly centered on the superior longitudinal tract,corona radiata,and corpus callosum.The alterations in these areas are intimately linked to cognitive performance.In the early stages of the illness,these microstructural alterations can be sensitively detected using DTI technology.Conclusion:T2DM-MCI evaluation benefits greatly from the use of DTI technology,a modern neuroimaging technique that facilitates early diagnosis and management.It is anticipated that deep learning algorithms in conjunction with other imaging technologies will become increasingly important in clinical applications in the future.
