摘要
目的 探究化学发光免疫分析(chemiluminescence immunoassay,CLIA)测定法在甲状腺肿瘤免疫检测中应用价值。方法 非随机选取2022年1月—2023年12月淄博市博山区计划生育服务中心区妇幼保健院收治的100例疑似甲状腺肿瘤患者为研究对象,以病理诊断为金标准,分析CLIA测定法的检验效能。结果 100例疑似甲状腺肿瘤患者中,病理组织学检查发现阳性70例,阴性30例。通过受试者工作特征曲线分析及Kappa一致性检验发现,CLIA测定法检出真阳性63例、假阳性2例、真阴性28例、假阴性7例,Kappa值0.795CLIA测定法的曲线下面积为0.917。结论 CLIA测定法检测效能较高,可作为甲状腺肿瘤免疫检测的方式。
Objective To explore the application value of Chemiluminescence Immunoassay(CLIA) in the detection of thyroid tumors.Methods A total of 100 patients with suspected thyroid tumor admitted to the Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Boshan District Family Planning Service Center of Zibo City from January 2022 to December 2023were non-randomly selected as the study objects,and pathological diagnosis was used as the gold standard to analyze the efficacy of CLIA assay.Results Among 100 patients with suspected thyroid tumors,70 were positive and 30 were negative.Receiver operating characteristic curve analysis and Kappa consistency test showed that 63 true positive cases,2 false positive cases,28 true negative cases and 7 false negative cases were detected by CLIA assay,and Kappa value was 0.795.The area under the curve of CLIA measurement method is 0.917.Conclusion CLIA assay has high efficacy and can be used as the method for immunodetection of thyroid tumors.
