线路复合绝缘子憎水性及金具腐蚀特征提取方法 被引量:1

摘要 采用结构光检测的傅里叶变换轮廓术,来重构表面的三维形貌形态特征,进而获得导地线复合绝缘子老化及金具腐蚀状态。结果表明:(1)分析复合绝缘子材料表面情况,通过统计分析水珠情况,可以自动获得憎水性等级,进而可以提取老化程度;(2)分析金具腐蚀情况,获得对应的锈蚀金具局部三维形貌图并进行曲面拟合后可以得到分析区域的均方根误差,当区域均方根误差大于0.1mm时,锈蚀较为严重。根据该方法可有效建立以表面三维特征来获取线路复合绝缘子憎水性及金具腐蚀特征的模型,可以精准辨识线路绝缘子的运行健康状况。 Fourier transform profilometry of structured light detection was used to reconstruct the three-dimensional morphology of the surface,and then to obtain the aging state of the composite insulator and the corrosion state of the hardware.The results showed that:(1)After analyzing the surface condition of composite insulator material,the hy-drophobicity grade can be automatically obtained by statistical analysis of water droplets,and then the aging degree can be extracted;(2)The corrosion situation of the hardware was analyzed,and the corresponding local three-dimensional topography of the corroded hardware was obtained and the root-mean-square error of the analyzed region can be obtained after surface fitting.When the root-mean-square error of the region is greater than 0.1 mm,the rust is more serious.According to the method,the hydrophobicity and corrosion characteristics of line composite insulators can be obtained by the three-dimensional surface characteristics effectively,and the operating health status of the insulator can be accurately identified.
