摘要
脑卒中后吞咽障碍带给患者及家庭沉重的心理及经济负担。选择方便、经济的吞咽能力评估工具对开展康复评定及治疗尤为重要。文章主要介绍了脑卒中后吞咽障碍的概念、流行病学及临床特点,阐述国内外吞咽功能评估工具在脑卒中后吞咽障碍患者中的应用情况以及存在的问题,旨在为医护人员临床评估吞咽功能障碍提供新思路。
Dysphasia after stroke brings heavy burden of psychological and economic to patient and family.It is particularly important to choose convenient and economic swallowing function assessment tools on rehabilitation evaluation and treatment.The study introduces the conception,epidemiological and clinical characteristics of dysphagia after stroke;and expounds the application status,existing problems of swallowing function assessment tools in stroke patients at home and abroad,so as to provide new thinking for rehabilitation evaluation tools for clinical medical staff.
