摘要
目的:分析腹腔镜下胆囊切除术(LC)中关键安全视野(CVS)完成情况的影响因素。方法:回顾性分析2023年8—12月成都市第五人民医院收治的149例LC患者临床资料。按照CVS评分标准分为CVS完成组(n=100)与CVS失败组(n=49)。使用单因素Logistic回归分析和多因素Logistic回归分析筛选影响CVS完成的影响因素。结果:单因素分析结果显示,两组术前CRP、WBC水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其余资料比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示,术前CRP水平是LC中CVS完成情况的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论:术前CRP水平是LC中CVS完成情况的影响因素,故针对行LC患者手术时应关注其术前CRP水平情况,以提高LC中CVS完成率。
Objective To analyze the factors influencing the completion of the critical view of safety(CVS)during laparoscopic cholecystectomy(LC).Methods Clinical data from 149 patients who underwent LC at Chengdu Fifth People's Hospital between August 2023 and December 2023 were retrospectively collected.Based on the CVS scoring criteria,the patients were divided into the CVS completion group(n=100)and the CVS failure group(n=49).Univariate and multivariate logistic regression analyses were performed to identify independent influencing factors affecting CVS completion.Results The results of univariate analysis showed that there were statistically significant differences in the levels of CRP and WBC between the two groups before surgery(P<0.05),while there were no statistically significant differences in other data(P>0.05).Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that preoperative CRP level was an influential factor in the completion of CVS in LC(P<0.05).Conclusions Preoperative CRP level is an influential factor in the completion of CVS in LC.Therefore,patients undergoing LC should pay attention to their preoperative CRP level to improve the completion rate of CVS in LC.
