车载储氢瓶分级加注流热固耦合仿真研究

Simulation Study on Thermal Solid Coupling of Graded Refueling Flow for On-board Hydrogen Storage Cylinders

摘要 针对新开发的Ⅲ型车载快充储氢气瓶,建立了气瓶快速加注的三维数值模型,并基于CFD软件研究了不同分级控制方式和预冷温度对加注流量、储氢压力及瓶内氢气温升的影响规律,揭示了等流量加注和等压加注两种分级加注方式在各级加注过程中及切换加注压力时的流量、压力和温升变化规律,提出了高压加注的分级控制策略。结果表明:3级加注各级内加注过程的流量、压力和温升变化趋势相似,但中压和高压加注相较于前1级加注,压力上升和温升幅度减小。相较于分级等压加注过程时间短、瞬时流量大、升压和升温迅速,分级等流量加注过程符合标准要求,能够显著降低瓶内温升。 A three-dimensional numerical model for rapid refueling of the newly developed Type III vehicle mounted fast charging hydrogen storage cylinder was established.Based on CFD software,the influence of different graded control methods and pre cooling temperatures on the refueling flow rate,hydrogen storage pressure,and hydrogen temperature rise inside the cylinder was studied.The flow rate,pressure,and temperature rise changes of the two graded refueling methods,equal flow rate refueling and equal pressure refueling,during the refueling process and when switching refueling pressures were revealed,and a graded control strategy for high-pressure refueling was proposed.The results showed that the flow rate,pressure,and temperature rise trends during the internal filling process of the three-stage filling were similar,but the pressure and temperature rise amplitude of the medium and high-pressure filling were reduced compared to the previous stage filling.Compared to the graded isobaric filling process,which had a shorter time,larger instantaneous flow rate,and faster pressure and temperature rise,the graded isobaric filling process met the standard requirements and could significantly reduce the temperature rise inside the cylinder.
