摘要
居家输液治疗在国外已广泛应用,其在国内的需求日益凸显。本文对美国输液护理学会2024版《输液治疗实践标准》之新增标准“居家输液治疗”进行解读,包括居家输液治疗的适用人群、药物适应证、血管通路和给药方法的选择、居家输液相关风险的预防和管理、健康教育、跨专业沟通与合作,为我国居家输液治疗的开展提供参考。
Home infusion therapy(HIT)has been widely applied abroad,and the demand in China is increasingly prominent.The newly added standard HIT in Infusion Therapy Standards of Practice 2024 released by the Infusion Nurses Society of America is interpreted,including the applicable population for HIT,indications for medications,selection of vascular access and administration methods,prevention and management of risks related to HIT,health education,and interdisciplinary communication and collaboration.The interpretation aims to provide a reference for the implementation of HIT in China.
