摘要
提出了一种计及需求响应参与的配电网故障后孤岛运行与故障恢复策略。首先,构建了配电网故障中的需求响应收益模型;其次,考虑需求响应的支撑作用,确立了配电网孤岛划分及运行优化目标,构建了配电网孤岛划分及运行模型;再次,提出了考虑不确定性的配电网孤岛运行模型求解方法。最后,采用改进的IEEE 33节点配电网对所提方法的可行性与有效性进行验证。
An island operation and fault recovery strategy for distribution network after failure considering the participation of demand response is proposed.Firstly,a demand response benefits model in distribution network failure is constructed.Secondly,the distribution network island partition and operation model is constructed.Thirdly,a solution method for distribution network island operation model considering uncertainty is proposed.Finally,the improved IEEE 33-node distribution network is used to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method.
