摘要
本文利用有限元软件,对某变速箱31311圆锥滚子轴承保持架进行整体动力学分析。同时,在保持架最大等效应力处引入裂纹,并基于Gurson-Tvergard-Needleman(GTN)细观损伤模型,研究其断裂行为。结果表明:该方法可为其断裂分析和预测提供参考。
In this paper,the finite element software is used to analyze the overall dynamics of a gearbox 31311 ta-pered roller bearing cage.At the same time,cracks were introduced at the maximum equivalent stress of the cage,and the fracture behavior was studied based on the Gurson-Tvergard-Needleman(GTN)meso-damage mod-el.The results show that this method can provide reference for fracture analysis and prediction.
