皮肤光老化发生机制研究进展

Research Progress on the Pathogenesis of Skin Photoaging

摘要 皮肤光老化是指长期、反复暴露于太阳辐射而发生的皮肤过早老化,其特征是光暴露部位皮肤的外观改变与结构破坏。光老化的发生机制复杂,目前尚不完全清楚,可能与氧化应激、炎症、细胞外基质降解等多个病理生理过程密切相关,涉及MAPK/AP-1、TGF-β/Smad、NF-κB在内的多条信号通路改变。恰当的防晒措施及各种光电治疗、处方药物都可在一定程度上防护和逆转光老化。然而,现有的治疗手段只能在短期内实现部分改善,尚缺乏安全有效的防治方法。本文就皮肤光老化的发生机制、预防与治疗的最新研究进展进行综述,以提高对皮肤光老化的认识,为进一步的基础研究和临床应用提供有价值的参考依据。 Skin photoaging refers to the premature aging of the skin that occurs as a result of long-term and repeated exposure to solar radiation,and is characterised by changes in the appearance and structural damage of the skin at the light-exposed sites.The pathogenesis of photoaging is complex and not yet fully understood,and may be closely related to multiple pathophysiological processes such as oxidative stress,inflammation,and extracellular matrix degradation,and involves alterations in multiple signaling pathways including MAPK/AP-1,TGF-β/Smad,and NF-κB.The application of appropriate sun protection and the utilisation of various phototherapy and prescription medications can,to a certain extent,protect and reverse photoaging.However,existing treatments can only achieve partial improvement in the short term,and there is a lack of safe and effective prevention and treatment methods.In this paper,we review the latest research progress on the mechanism,prevention and treatment of skin photoaging,in order to improve the understanding of skin photoaging and provide valuable reference for further basic research and clinical application.
