摘要
分析有机肥对平塘县阔叶林林下经济中药材种植的影响,为林下经济种植中药材种植提供技术支撑。本次研究在平塘县选择样地进行试验分析,设置4组,施发酵羊粪有机肥纳入T1组,施发酵猪粪有机肥纳入T2组,施发酵鸡粪有机肥纳入T3组,不做任何处理纳入CK组,分析不同有机肥处理的叠鞘石斛植株生长情况。试验结果证实有机肥对中药材种植效果明显,T1组的新芽叶片生长和促进植株叶片数增加效果高于CK组,T1组不同时间段的新芽叶片生长数量均高于其他三组(P<0.05)。施有机肥后,叠鞘石斛茎秆高度增加,T1组的叠鞘石斛茎秆生长指标均高于其他三组(P<0.05),在10月左右茎秆增长达到顶峰,不再增高,出现封顶现象。T2组和T3组的叠鞘石斛茎秆高度差异不明显(P<0.05)。施有机肥的T1组、T2组、T3组的茎长、茎粗、单丛鲜重、含水量高于CK组(P<0.05),按整体排序是T1>T2>T3>CK。施有机肥处理的生物碱含量、多糖含量、总黄酮含量、蛋白质含量指标均高于不施肥处理(P<0.05),T1组的生物碱含量、多糖含量、总黄酮含量、蛋白质含量高于其他组(P<0.05),整体上T1处理优势更明显。因此得出,在平塘县林下种植中药材施发酵羊粪有机肥的效果明显,以叠鞘石斛为例,可促进叠鞘石斛植株生长,有机栽培过程中作为推荐基肥使用。
The effects of organic fertilizer on economic planting of Chinese medicinal materials in broadleaf forest in Pingtang County were analyzed to provide technical support for economic planting of Chinese medicinal materials in the forest.In this study,a sample plot in Pingtang County was selected for experimental analysis,and 4 groups were set up.The fermentation of sheep manure organic fertilizer was included in group T1,the fermentation of pig manure organic fertilizer was included in group T2,the fermentation of chicken manure organic fertilizer was included in group T3,and the growth of Dendrobium dendrobium plants treated with different organic fertilizer were analyzed.The experimental results showed that organic fertilizer had obvious effect on the planting of Chinese medicinal materials.The growth of new buds and leaves in T1 group was higher than that in CK group,and the growth number of new buds and leaves in T1 group was higher than that in other three groups at different time periods(P<0.05).After the application of organic fertilizer,the stem height of Dendrobium laminata increased,and the stem growth index of Dendrobium laminata in T1 group was higher than that in the other three groups(P<0.05),and the stem growth reached the peak around October,and no longer increased,and there was a capping phenomenon.There was no significant difference in stem height between T2 and T3 groups(P<0.05).Stem length,stem diameter,fresh weight per cluster and water content in groups T1,T2 and T3 were higher than those in group CK(P<0.05),and the overall order was T1>T2>T3>CK.The alkaloid content,polysaccharide content,total flavone content and protein content of organic fertilizer treatment were higher than those of no fertilizer treatment(P<0.05),and the alkaloid content,polysaccharide content,total flavone content and protein content of T1 group were higher than those of other groups(P<0.05).Overall,the advantages of T1 treatment were more obvious.Therefore,it is concluded that the effect of planting Chinese medicinal materials and applying fermented sheep manure organic fertilizer under the broadleaf forest in Pingtang County is obvious Dendrobium,for example,can promote the growth of Dendrobium sheaths and is recommended as a base fertilizer in organic cultivation.
