摘要
“十四五”期间,国际环境复杂多变,战略新兴产业发展速度的快慢直接影响着国家的发展速度,因此战略新兴产业成为国家重点支持和投入的方向。本文通过研究国内外高校如何发挥自身优势,主动创新发展,投身于国家建设,并针对战略新兴产业进行科技服务,促进国家战略新兴产业高质量发展。探索出高校可以从项目研究、校企研究院、政校研究院、学科调整、科技特派员等方面出发,来服务地区战略新兴产业,以期为河北省高校服务国家和地区发展战略助力。
During the"14th Five-Year Plan"period,the international environment is complex and changeable,and the speed of development of strategic emerging industries directly affects the country's development speed,so strategic emerging industries have become the direction of national key support and investment.This paper studies how universities at home and abroad can give full play to their own advantages,take the initiative to innovate and develop,devote themselves to national construction,and provide scientific and technological services for strategic emerging industries,so as to promote the high-quality development of national strategic emerging industries.It is explored that colleges and universities can serve regional strategic emerging industries from the aspects of project research,school-enterprise research institutes,government school research institutes,discipline adjustments,and science and technology correspondents,in order to help universities in Hebei Province serve the national and regional development strategies.
