摘要
以安岳套袋生长柠檬尤力克品种为试材,探究不同气调保鲜袋对其贮藏品质的影响。分别采用高阻隔纳米保鲜袋、低阻隔纳米保鲜袋和PE保鲜袋,将柠檬置于4℃环境中贮藏保鲜,定期测定柠檬失重率、硬度、可溶性固形物、维C含量、果色、可滴定酸等相关指标,比较不同包装方式的保鲜效果。结果表明,低阻隔纳米保鲜袋能有效抑制柠檬果实硬度、质量保持率、维C含量的降低,与低温冷藏技术协同,套袋柠檬的保鲜效果最佳,贮藏6个月以上仍具有较好的商品价值。
The effects of low temperature combined with different fresh-keeping bags on the storage quality of Anyue lemon were studied.Lemon was treated with high barrier nano-fresh-keeping bags,low barrier nano-fresh-keeping bags and PE fresh-keeping bags respectively,and stored in a 4℃incubator.The weight loss rate,hardness,soluble solid content,VC content,fruit color,and titratable acid of lemon were measured regularly,the fresh-keeping effects of different treatments were compared.During the storage period of 6 months,low temperature combined with low barrier nano-fresh-keeping bag can effectively inhibit the decline of hardness,weight retention,VC content,titratable acid and soluble solid of lemon.Based on comprehensive consideration,it was determined that low temperature combined with low barrier nano-fresh-keeping bag was a better fresh-keeping method for bagged lemon.
